their daughter. We all saw it once, maybe its time for a revisit.

On Golden Pond
Over 60? I bet its over 65! There are special effects in every movie and this one is no exception. The paddle in the stern is gigantic. (Mine is a humble 54!) My guess is that the couple in the clip just got a gift membership in the Golden Pond chapter of The Beaver Canoe Club from their grandchildren. Maybe they decided to rent a boat for an hour to see if they are ready to take Basic Paddlers in the spring. I seriously encourage them to take the course. There is a second interesting effect that allows two people to cuddle in the stern without affecting the trim of the canoe. The pair of loons appears to be real. Binoculars are wonderful to have close at hand while paddling. Life jackets are also good. This is a must see movie. The breathtaking action in this scene can only whet your appetite for the rest of the story.
